Optimal’s boot camp focuses on interval training to ensure that you receive the most effective workout possible. Workouts are never the same, which ensures that you are having fun while working up a sweat! We strive to see results with all of our programs so we provide you with all tools needed to meet your goals.  Includes: Nutritional guidance, personal training, monthly progression measurements, and more!

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

One on one is the most personalized program that is tailored to your specific needs and weaknesses. Your program is designed for your personal goals and the style of training can be altered to fit you. One on one training is a good fit for you if you are new to exercise, have serious joint pain, or are coming back from a surgery.

PARTNER TRAINING

Private partner training can be for friends, couples, or parents and children. If you want a smaller class size or maybe need more attention to form and detail then partner training may be for you!
